Activities in Lake Tahoe

Lake Tahoe has a wide variety of winter activities. It is infamous
for its' excellent ski areas and terrain. Some of the winter activities
include: Skiing, Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Ice Skating,
Sledding, Snowmobiling, and much more. |

Skiing in Lake Tahoe
There are many excellent ski areas in Lake Tahoe. Close to the
Log Lodge is the Homewood Mountain Resort. The ski area
has breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe from many of the ski runs.

Cross Country Skiing
Very close to our lodge is the Sugar Pine Point State
Park. The park has over 20 kilometers of marked cross country
trails. The park is located along side beautiful Lake Tahoe and
has great views of the lake.

Snowmobiling
Excellent snowmobiling terrain is available at Blackwood Canyon
located on the Westshore of Lake Tahoe. You must bring your own
equipment as there are no rentals at this location.
